Our offerings include custom hand-poured candles, artful [Tumbler] prints, bespoke design pieces, and custom commissions. Every item is made or curated with a focus on quality, aesthetic intention, and meaningful expression.
Our candle collections feature both stock signature scents—crafted to evoke emotion, memory, and atmosphere—and tailored scent options designed to reflect your individual style, brand identity, or occasion. Whether selecting from our core fragrance line or requesting a fully custom blend, each candle is hand-poured in small batches using high-quality ingredients and sustainable materials.
In addition to our ready-made collections, we offer one-of-a-kind commissions tailored to your specific vision—whether for personal use, gifting, branding, or collaborative projects.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
2. Eligibility
By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old or have parental permission.
You are providing accurate, complete, and current information.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Product Descriptions
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, photos, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, all items are handmade and may vary slightly in color, size, or fragrance. These natural variations do not constitute defects.
4. Custom Orders & Design Proofs
a. Design Proofing & Customer Approval
For custom or personalized products, you will receive a digital design proof for approval before production begins.
You are solely responsible for reviewing the proof and confirming that text, layout, color, and details are correct.
Once you approve the proof, no changes can be made, and Arte Fiamma is not responsible for any errors (e.g., typos, incorrect colors, layout issues) present in the approved design.
b. Production Timeline
Production begins after proof approval, not after order placement.
Estimated delivery dates are based on production and shipping time following approval.
c. Intellectual Property
All custom designs created by Arte Fiamma (excluding customer-submitted logos or trademarks) remain the intellectual property of Arte Fiamma.
We reserve the right to display your approved custom designs on our website or social media unless otherwise requested in writing.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD or your currency and are subject to change without notice.
Payment is due at the time of order via accepted payment methods on our website.
Sales tax will be applied where required by law.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the United States of America. International shipping may be available upon request.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses.
We are not liable for lost packages, or damages once an item is in the possession of a shipping carrier.
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
7. Returns , Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products:
All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges except in cases of defectively made products.
Products damaged during shipping are subject for review, ultimately we are not responsible for products damaged by ship carriers. Please request additional shipping cost insurance prior to your order shipping if you have concerns about your product during shipment.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
8. Allergy & Safety Disclaimer
Our candles may contain natural ingredients including essential oils, soy, coconut, apricot, or beeswax. Please read product descriptions carefully. Use candles responsibly:
Keep away from children and pets.
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Trim wick to 1/4 inch before each use.
We are not liable for misuse or allergic reactions related to our products.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including logos, images, product designs, and text, is the intellectual property of Arte Fiamma, LLC d/b/a Art of the Flame and may not be used without our written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arte Fiamma, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products or website.
You agree to indemnify and hold Arte Fiamma harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of our products or violation of these Terms.

15. Custom Packaging & Brand Influencer/Media Kits
We offer optional custom packaging services and curated media kits for brand collaborations, influencers, and promotional campaigns. By requesting or accepting these services, you agree to the following:
Custom Packaging
Custom packaging is available for bulk or personalized orders upon request and subject to additional fees.
All custom packaging details must be confirmed and approved in writing prior to production.
We are not liable for customer errors in submitted designs, logos, or copy.
Branded or custom-packaged orders are final sale and non-refundable once confirmed.
Influencer & Media Kits
Influencer and media kits may include promotional products, marketing materials, and custom inserts.
Receipt of a media kit does not guarantee or imply a paid partnership unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Influencers and content creators are responsible for adhering to FTC guidelines when promoting our products, including appropriate disclosures (#ad, #gifted, etc.).
Any content featuring our products should be respectful, honest, and in line with our brand values. We reserve the right to request removal of content that misrepresents our brand or violates these terms.
We may request permission to reshare content created using our products across our own platforms (website, social media, etc.) with proper credit.

16. Custom Scent Development
We offer tailored scent creation services for individuals, events, and brands seeking a personalized fragrance experience. Our custom scent service allows you to collaborate with us on a unique blend that aligns with your aesthetic, mood, or message.
Process
Custom scent consultations may include fragrance profiling, sample development, and final approval before production.
A non-refundable design and development fee may apply to cover time and materials.
Custom scent timelines vary depending on complexity and order volume; standard turnaround is typically (2-3) two to three business weeks after approval.
Ownership & Use
All custom scent formulations created by Arte Fiamma, whether in collaboration with a client or independently, are the sole intellectual property of Arte Fiamma.
Clients receive the right to use the final product (e.g., candles containing the custom scent) for personal, event, or agreed-upon commercial use, but do not own the formula itself.
The custom blend may not be reproduced, sold, licensed, or manufactured by the client or any third party without our express written consent.
We reserve the right to reuse or modify scent formulations for future collections unless a formal exclusivity agreement is signed.
